Anders PEHRSON

Over the years, Pehrson has worked on a wide variety of design projects, from furniture and textiles to vehicles and kitchen tools. He is particularly well known for his collaborations with Danish company FDB, for whom he designed several iconic products in the 1960s.

One of Pehrson's most famous projects is the "Konkylie" table lamp, which he created in 1966. This lamp was made from a molded plastic ceiling light shell and steel stem, with a bulb embedded in the shell. The lamp was mass-produced by the Swedish company Ateljé Lyktan and is now considered a Swedish design classic.

Pehrson also worked as a professor of industrial design at the University of Gothenburg for many years. His contribution to the world of design has been recognized by numerous awards and distinctions, including the Prince Eugen Medal in 1986.
